At OrderDash, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

What Data Can Be Deleted

You can request deletion of:

Your account information and profile data
Order history and customer communications
Usage data and analytics tied to your account
Any other personal information we have collected

How to Request Data Deletion

Please include the following in your request:

Your full name
The email address associated with your OrderDash account
A clear statement that you want to delete your data
Any specific data categories you want deleted (if not all)

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain information if required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to resolve disputes. We will inform you of any such exceptions when processing your request.

Account Deletion

If you delete your data, your OrderDash account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any important business data before requesting deletion.
